Tea Time in Art Class

Students in Ms. Collins’ Ceramics & Sculpture II class, made art that is gorgeous in both form and function. Students created ceramic tea sets, and the unit concluded with an in-class tea party designed to assess whether the sets were as functional as they were beautiful. Students tested their finished tea sets with hot tea and hot chocolate to allow for peer and teacher assessment on its functionality and aesthetics.
